Missing from where?

What is listed in System Preferences>Sounds>Output?

Did "they" show before?

What model Mac Mini?

What monitors?

How are the monitors connected to the Mac? What monitor input ports?

Oh, Duh ;-(

I went back into System Preferences>Sounds>Output and didn't notice that the box at bottom had become unchecked to show Menu Bar
